What is Individual Psychotherapy?

Using a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, I will help you reduce your anxiety, build your self esteem, and work through obstacles. You will be provided the space to share your story.


I believe in a strengths-based and empathetic approach to therapy, meaning you will feel supported with your individual needs and goals. There are many different types of therapeutic modalities; I use an integrative method, combining styles such as the psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches.
